Job summary

HomeTown Services in Houston, TX seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment across multiple locations. You will partner with GMs, build proactive pipelines, and manage end-to-end hiring using ATS tools to deliver qualified candidates.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong relationship skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, from sourcing through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; 5+ years in talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting across multi-site/multi-state regions; home services or trades preferred.
• Self-directed, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop talent pipelines and nurture relationships with passive candidates.
• Screen, evaluate, and submit candidates; coordinate interviews and gather feedback.
• Oversee onboarding, offers, background checks, and dates of hire.
