Based in Alhambra, CA, the TA Lead will mentor recruiters, design structured interviews, manage pipelines, and drive process improvements while maintaining a strong commitment to DEI and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across corporate and clinical roles with leadership exposure.
• Proven ability to close competitive candidates with rationale beyond outcomes.
• Experience using ATS and HR tech; Pinpoint a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate and clinical roles.
• Run a consistent, repeatable closing process across every search while tailoring the value proposition to each candidate and surface offer risks early.
• Mentor recruiters to drive optimal performance in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent.
• Hold the team to a standard of quality and surface gaps in process or candidate experience.
• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers through structured interviews and calibration sessions.
• Proactively build and manage talent pipelines for critical roles through direct sourcing.
• Lead TA process improvements to enhance quality and consistency.
• Track recruiting metrics and translate data into actionable insights for TA leadership.
• Deliver work that stands up to executive scrutiny from requisition setup to candidate communication.
• Champion a high-quality and equitable candidate experience across all searches.
