Job summary

Mountaire Farms is seeking a senior- to director-level Talent Acquisition leader to drive regional recruiting strategies and coach a team of specialists. You will partner with HR, business leaders, and vendors to deliver effective solutions and standardized processes across the full lifecycle.

The role emphasizes data, performance metrics, and technology to improve recruiting effectiveness, service delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction while supporting short- and long-term workforce objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in talent acquisition or HR-related roles preferred.
• Experience leading recruiting initiatives across multiple functions preferred.
• Experience guiding recruiting teams with coaching and supervisory support preferred.
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and evaluate Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Oversee lifecycle recruiting for assigned areas, including planning and onboarding support.
• Partner with leaders to anticipate workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Analyze metrics to identify opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Oversee sourcing, recruitment marketing, and vendor relationships.
