Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience leading employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, and investigations.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and operational leaders.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the HR department.
• Advise executive leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, and employment law matters.
• Lead and develop HR professionals, set goals, and drive accountability.
• Develop HR strategies to support growth, retention, and performance.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance management, and HR analytics.
• Ensure HR programs and policies are compliant with laws and regulations.
