Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Director level and above recruiting experience.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems; strong sourcing capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong executive presence.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Owns full lifecycle recruitment for Director through Managing Director levels from strategy to onboarding.
• Develops market scans and go-to-market hiring strategies for leadership roles.
• Conducts industry, competitor and talent market research to identify trends and availability.
• Leads intake sessions with stakeholders to define success profiles and requirements.
• Builds talent maps and external pipelines for leadership positions and succession planning.
• Advises leaders on talent trade-offs, capability gaps, succession planning and development.
• Utilizes AI tools with human-in-the-loop discretion throughout recruiting processes.
• Manages an external talent repository organized by leadership level and function.
