Job summary

The Reserves Network is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and elevate our recruiting function. This high-impact role partners with leadership to scale processes and attract top talent across professional, technical, and leadership levels.

You will build proactive pipelines, optimize sourcing, manage ATS and external agencies, and establish metrics to improve quality of hire and time-to-fill. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and SHRM/PHR certification is a plus; strong communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience, including leadership.
• Experience building or scaling a recruiting function in a high-growth environment.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the organization's talent acquisition strategy.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting across professional, technical, exempt/non-exempt, and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on workforce planning, sourcing strategies, interview processes, and hiring decisions.
• Build proactive pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Develop and optimize sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, social media, job boards, events, and recruiting partners.
• Manage and evaluate external recruiting agency relationships and performance.
• Establish recruiting metrics and analytics to improve quality of hire, time-to-fill, and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Oversee ATS processes, recruiting workflows, policies, and compliance.
• Build early-career talent initiatives, including university partnerships, internships, and campus recruiting.
• Support employer branding, talent engagement, and inclusive hiring initiatives.
