Job summary

MYR Group Inc. is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruiting across professional, technical, craft, and corporate roles.

You will guide day-to-day operations, partner with hiring managers and HR leadership, and develop a diverse, high-performing talent pipeline. This role manages a team, drives workforce planning, analyzes recruiting metrics, and ensures compliance with OFCCP, EEOC, and AAP.

Qualifications

• Experience leading recruiting teams
• 5–7 years in full-cycle recruiting
• 2–3 years of leadership experience
• Experience in multi-state recruiting
• Diversity recruitment experience
• OFCCP/EEOC/AAP knowledge
• Experience with ATS/CRM and MS Office
• Experience in construction/energy/utility industry
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, craft, and corporate roles.
• Manage daily recruitment operations and ensure timely hiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning.
• Coach and develop Talent Acquisition team.
• Support diversity recruitment initiatives and internship programs.
• Promote recruiting processes and onboarding standards.
• Track time-to-fill and recruitment analytics.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEOC, and AAP.
