Job summary

MYR Group Inc. is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruiting across professional, technical, craft, and corporate roles, partnering with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract top talent.

You will develop and coach a team, drive diversity recruitment, onboarding, and talent pipelines while ensuring compliance with employment laws, OFCCP, EEOC, and company policies. The role reports to the Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition & Diversity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end recruiting for multiple business units and regions.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing TA team.
• Proven track record in diversity recruiting, onboarding, and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, craft, and corporate roles across units and regions.
• Manage daily recruitment operations with timely, high-quality hiring results.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
