The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting operations and supporting talent acquisition strategies that attract and retain top talent aligned with the Company's business objectives. This role oversees day-to-day recruitment activities, partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership, and supports diversity recruitment, employer branding, onboarding, and talent pipeline initiatives. The Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals while ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies. This position will report directly into the Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition & Diversity.

Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for professional, technical, craft, and corporate positions across multiple business units and geographic regions
Manage daily recruitment operations, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring results
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, and support workforce planning initiatives
Support Talent Acquisition team members through coaching, training, performance management, and ongoing development
Assist with hard-to-fill and critical hiring initiatives, including sourcing and candidate engagement strategies
Promote consistent recruiting processes, candidate experience standards, and onboarding coordination across the organization
Support and participate in recruitment programs focused on military hiring, emerging talent, internship programs, and employee referrals
Participate in career fairs, industry events, school recruiting activities, and community outreach programs
Build and maintain talent pipelines for key operational and leadership roles
Support recruitment marketing efforts including social media outreach, job board management, and employer branding initiatives
Assist in maintaining recruiting content on the Careers website and recruitment platforms
Partner with internal stakeholders to promote the Company's culture, values, and employment opportunities
Track and analyze recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate flow, hiring trends, and recruitment effectiveness
Prepare regular recruiting reports and provide insights to HR leadership
Utilize data to identify process improvements and support operational decision-making
Support administration and effective use of applicant tracking systems, onboarding platforms, and recruiting technologies
Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local employment regulations including OFCCP, EEOC, and AAP requirements
Assist with recruitment-related audits, reporting, and documentation requirements
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruiting processes and candidate experience
