Goodwill Houston is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to drive the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and enhance candidate experience. You will oversee sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding while mentoring a team of talent professionals.

You will collaborate across the HR team to refine recruiting strategies and metrics, ensuring compliance and timely hires that support organizational growth in a nonprofit environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and events, focused on relationship building and in-kind donations, is preferred.
• Excellent computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software).
• Ability to communicate, read, and write in English.
• Must have a valid TX Driver’s License.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at time of hire; not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the Director of Talent Management to create and execute recruiting strategies, using traditional and innovative methods to attract top talent.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, interview process, and hiring process.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of talent professionals, ensuring performance, compliance, and efficiency.
• Manage the entire recruitment process within the ATS, including sourcing candidates and presenting top candidates to hiring managers.
