Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years recruiting/HR support experience.
• Experience with ATS and HR database management systems.
• Advanced computer skills with MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and social networking/recruiting media.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• For positions that require driving, must maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal departments and external community organizations to prompt submissions of candidates.
• Provide excellent customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and community agencies.
• Coordinate and track eligibility assessments for candidates.
• Post open positions through the ATS and keep postings current.
• Recruiting activities: sourcing, reviewing applications, pre‑screening, and extending offers.
• Generate resumes and leads via networking, job boards, referrals, and career fairs.
• Coordinate interviews for management and manage recruiting priorities.
• Conduct background and reference checks; arrange pre‑employment drug screenings; make offers.
• Plan and participate in career events, job fairs, and onboarding events.
• Enter new employee data into HRIS; support onboarding processes.
