Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the full lifecycle recruitment, from posting jobs to onboarding new hires.

You will source applicants, conduct pre-screen interviews, coordinate interviews, and build relationships with community organizations to strengthen candidate referrals and placement outcomes. This role emphasizes customer service and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organization Development or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years recruiting/HR support experience.
• Experience with ATS and other HR database management systems.
• Advanced computer skills with applicant tracking systems, job boards, internet searches, and MS Office/Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint; social networking/recruiting media.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal departments and external community organizations to submit candidates to hiring managers; follow up on inquiries.
• Provide timely customer service to candidates, hiring managers and community agencies.
• Coordinate, conduct and track eligibility assessments for potential candidates.
• Post open positions through the ATS and keep postings up-to-date.
• Source candidates, review applications, pre-screen, and extend offers as needed.
