The position requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with substantial full lifecycle staffing experience and HR policy knowledge. Strong leadership and budget management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of full lifecycle staffing or recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
• Experience developing and enforcing staffing policies and performance metrics.
• Ability to lead staffing programs with a focus on compliance and efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Directs recruiting activities and operational processes for staffing.
• Develops and maintains performance metrics for trend analysis and program improvements.
• Leverages technology to support staffing initiatives and optimize processes.
• Prepares and manages the recruitment budget and department policies.
• Develops CBRE employment brand and ensures alignment with corporate standards.
