The role involves leveraging technology, developing metrics, and managing the recruitment budget to drive performance. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 10 years of full lifecycle staffing experience, with PHR or SPHR preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of full lifecycle staffing or recruiting experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ATS, HRIS, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
