Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in human resources or related field; 10 years of full lifecycle staffing or recruiting required.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and compensation/benefits concepts.
• Ability to develop metrics and manage departmental budgets and branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Directs staffing operations and programs, overseeing all recruiting activities and processes.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and establishes HR standards for the function.
• Develops and maintains performance metrics to guide program and process improvements.
• Leverages technology to support staffing initiatives and measures overall recruitment effectiveness.
• Manages the CBRE employment brand and recruitment budget.
