Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Staffing leader to oversee recruiting operations and programs, directing all lifecycle recruiting activities and ensuring regulatory compliance across the function.

You will leverage technology, develop metrics, manage the recruitment budget, and drive the CBRE employment brand. This role requires a BA/BS in HR and at least 10 years of full lifecycle staffing experience, with PHR or SPHR preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; or comparable education/experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of full lifecycle staffing or recruiting experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct staffing operations and recruiting activities ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics for program and process improvements.
• Leverage technology to support staffing initiatives and measurement.
• Develop and manage the recruitment budget.
• Oversee CBRE employment branding and related initiatives.
