Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive recruiting leadership experience with high-volume environments (1000+ placements annually).
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles with direct reports and P&L responsibility for recruiting operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic workforce planning and executive-level stakeholder management.
• Executive search or retained search experience highly valued

Responsibilities

• Partner with account leaders to develop talent strategies that support organizational growth and account-specific objectives.
• Lead comprehensive workforce planning initiatives, anticipating future talent needs and building proactive recruitment strategies for critical roles.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and high-volume positions, managing complex hiring processes from strategy development through onboarding.
• Develop executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, serving as trusted advisor on talent market conditions and recruitment strategy.
• Design and execute recruitment marketing strategies to enhance employer brand and attract passive candidates in competitive markets
