Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead strategic recruitment initiatives across our high-growth account in Canada and the United States. This leadership role requires scaling processes, partnering with senior leadership, and driving metrics across markets.

On-site 3 days a week in multiple cities, including Atlanta and Austin, you will align talent strategy with business objectives. You will build and mentor recruiting teams, optimize high-volume operations, and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive recruiting leadership experience in high-volume environments.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles with direct reports and P&L responsibility for recruiting operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic workforce planning and executive-level stakeholder management.
• Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms (Workday strongly preferred), recruitment analytics, and HR technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account leaders to develop and execute talent strategies for growth.
• Lead workforce planning and proactive recruitment for critical roles.
• Provide executive-level reporting on talent metrics and market trends.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and high-volume positions.
• Build high-performing recruiting teams and scalable processes.
