Job summary

JLL, a global leader in real estate services, seeks a strategic Director of Talent Acquisition to steer talent strategy across the US and Canada. The role focuses on scaling high-volume recruitment operations and partnering with senior leadership to align talent with business objectives.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment for senior and high-volume roles, build strong executive relationships, and implement advanced sourcing and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive recruiting leadership experience in high-volume environments (1000+ placements annually).
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles with direct reports and P&L responsibility for recruiting operations.
• Expertise in strategic workforce planning and executive-level stakeholder management.
• Advanced proficiency with HR tech stacks including ATS (Workday preferred).
• Executive search or retained search experience highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition initiatives across high-growth accounts in US & Canada.
• Scale recruitment processes for high-volume placements while maintaining candidate experience and quality.
• Provide executive-level reporting on talent metrics, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for senior-level roles and complex hiring processes.
• Develop talent pipelines and executive relationships with key stakeholders.
