Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive recruiting leadership in high-volume environments.
• 5+ years in senior leadership with direct reports and P&L responsibility.
• Expertise in strategic workforce planning and executive stakeholder management.
• Advanced proficiency in ATS, recruitment analytics, and HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account leaders to develop and execute talent strategies aligned to growth.
• Lead workforce planning and high-volume recruitment initiatives.
• Provide executive-level reporting on talent metrics, trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Create scalable recruitment processes while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Build and mentor recruiting teams across multiple markets.
