Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic client partnerships to identify employment needs and provide workforce solutions
• Screen and select candidates to meet client job profiles and forecasts
• Meet with key client contacts daily/weekly to assess needs and satisfaction with Randstad services
• Negotiate staffing agreements and expand opportunities within accounts
• Utilize VMS and ATS tools to manage candidate submissions, interviews, and offers
• Provide coaching and guidance to talent and ensure compliant onboarding and performance management
