Job summary

VPC Pizza Operating Corp is seeking a Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the hiring strategy and build a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, align practices with legal standards, and partner with hiring managers to source top talent across departments.

The role requires experience in executive, technical, and high-volume recruiting, along with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting, including executive recruiting, technical recruiting, and high-volume recruitment environments.
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication to engage candidates.
• Familiarity with UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing and HR systems/ATS platforms.
• Knowledge of employment and labor law applicable to talent management and HR compliance.
• Ability to source candidates through research, social media, and innovative channels.
• Experience in employee relations, orientation, evaluation, and succession planning is desirable.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational staffing needs across all levels.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
• Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing to streamline recruitment workflows.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide expert guidance on candidate sourcing and selection.
• Lead campus recruitment initiatives and participate in job fairs to attract emerging talent pools.
• Conduct employment law compliance checks related to HR sourcing, external recruiting, and high-volume hiring practices.
• Use social media marketing (recruitment) to promote job openings and employer branding efforts across various platforms.
• Oversee employee orientation programs and support employee evaluation processes to ensure smooth integration into teams.
• Engage in training & development activities related to HR legal compliance, HR systems, and talent management best practices.
