Job summary

Pleasant Valley Corporation, a respected family-owned commercial real estate and facilities firm, seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager in Medina, Ohio. The role leads corporate-wide recruiting initiatives, builds pipelines, and refines processes to attract top leadership talent.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to align hiring with growth objectives. Ideal candidates bring five+ years in talent acquisition, strong full-cycle expertise, and a data-driven mindset to advance recruitment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of five years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience in corporate settings.
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions while delivering high-quality results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, professional, and leadership roles, including sourcing and assessments.
Maintain pipelines, set benchmarks, and keep hiring managers informed throughout the process.
Partner with managers and HR to align recruitment with objectives and provide market insights.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and strengthen employer branding.
Develop data-driven recruiting strategies, forecast workforce needs, and optimize processes.
