Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
7+ years in executive recruitment or similar leadership hiring
Experience recruiting Director/VP level across functions
Strong sourcing, market mapping, passive candidate engagement

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle executive recruitment for Director-level and above, incl. international searches
Develop targeted search strategies aligned with business goals
Conduct market mapping and direct sourcing to identify passive leaders
Guide interview, assessment, offer development and closing with equity and confidentiality in mind
Partner with HR and Total Rewards on offer strategy and closing
Manage external partners and maintain candidate experience and pipeline quality
