This strategic leader will drive recruiting for technology, product, data, marketing and other specialized roles, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and strong hiring partnerships.

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will develop proactive sourcing and hiring strategies, build robust pipelines, lead campus recruiting and internships, analyze

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive recruiting experience across technical and business roles.
• Experience leading recruiting initiatives or mentoring recruiters.
• Strong sourcing, campus & early-career recruiting capabilities.
• Ability to partner with leaders, HR partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required; HR certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for tech, data, digital, product, marketing and more.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies across departments.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and campus/intern programs.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast needs and advise on hiring priorities.
• Monitor metrics, time-to-fill, and candidate experience; drive improvements.
• Leverage market intelligence and branding to attract top talent.
