Collette is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruiting across technology, product, data, marketing, and specialized roles. You will develop proactive strategies, build robust pipelines, and partner with hiring leaders to deliver high-quality hires aligned with business priorities.

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will forecast needs, reduce time-to-fill, improve candidate quality, and strengthen Collette's employment brand in technical talent markets

Qualifikationen

• 8-10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including technical, data, digital, product, marketing, finance and other specialized roles
• Experience leading recruiting initiatives or mentoring recruiters is preferred
• Ability to build trusted relationships with leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders

Aufgaben

• Lead and execute full-cycle recruiting activities including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding partnership activities
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies across all departments
• Build and maintain proactive talent communities and pipelines for high-priority positions
• Create innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, referrals, and market research
• Partner with hiring managers to provide recruiting guidance and hiring recommendations
