Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Analyst Talent Acquisition to partner with hiring teams across multiple US locations, including Seattle, WA and Rosemont, IL. You will own full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top talent while leveraging data insights to drive decisions.

You will work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, collaborating with managers to forecast needs and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition.
• Experience using ATS, with Workday experience preferred.
• Proven ability to source and engage talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to data and market insights to inform decisions.
• Experience assessing, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates with a strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers to understand business priorities and talent needs.
• Source, interview, assess, and present high-quality candidates for open roles.
• Fill critical and high-profile roles while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Collaborate with TA team to drive recruiting outcomes through data and continuous improvement.
