Job summary

Brinkman Construction Inc. seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruiting and provide exceptional service to leadership, hiring managers, and candidates.

You will drive the recruitment lifecycle from posting creation to onboarding handoffs in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You will partner with marketing and HR while leveraging ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to attract top talent in the Front Range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years of hands-on recruiting experience in a fast-paced organization.
• 1+ year recruiting in the AEC industry preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Develop a creative talent acquisition strategy engaging leadership, hiring managers, and internal teams.
• Create job postings for posting platforms and manage resumes/applications.
• Coordinate networking events, career fairs, and external recruiting opportunities.
• Partner with marketing for social media and career page content.
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coach managers on interviewing and offers.
• Manage offer letters, signatures, and onboarding handoffs.
• Maintain knowledge of EEO/ADA guidelines and affirmative action laws.
