Brinkmann Constructors is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Phoenix office to manage full life cycle recruitment and support onboarding and employee relations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
• 3+ years in talent acquisition or HR
• Construction industry or agency recruiting experience preferred
• Strong computer skills; MS Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS a plus) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Positive attitude; self-starter; one-team mentality
• Experience promoting superior customer service and employee engagement
• Ability to cultivate relationships with candidates and leaders
• Ability to persuade or influence others
• Organized, detail-oriented, with excellent time-management skills
• Minimal travel required

Responsibilities

• Perform full life cycle recruitment for multiple roles
• Assist HR with onboarding and employee relations tasks
• Process confidential HR records via HRIS and maintain I-9s
• Coordinate event logistics for local HR events
• Source to build an inclusive, diverse talent pipeline
• Collaborate with TA Manager and hiring managers to identify top talent
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
• Track recruitment metrics via iCIMS
• Promote Brinkmann's employer brand and improve recruitment processes
• Provide customer service and HR support to employees, candidates, and partners
