You will own end-to-end process, build pipelines, target passive candidates, collaborate with clients on hiring needs and market insights, and help Brayman secure top talent for diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a headhunter or recruiter in the construction industry.
• Aggressive, proactive, and competitive attitude in recruiting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with cold calling, networking, and social media recruiting.
• Excellent negotiation skills with high-stakes offers.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong industry network is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify top talent in the construction industry using aggressive recruiting techniques.
• Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for project managers, engineers, site supervisors, estimators and executives.
• Target passive candidates with emphasis on high-level professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals to meet recruitment needs.
• Conduct thorough interviews and evaluations to align with client needs.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and timelines.
• Provide market insights and advise on salary expectations and trends.
• Meet recruitment targets and maintain detailed candidate records.
