MJ Recruiters, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for a leading manufacturing employer in Dayton, Ohio. The role offers a private office, weekday schedule, rare weekend work, and leadership over TA strategy for hourly and salary staff.

You will drive process improvements, coach hiring managers on behavioral interviewing, and manage recruitment tools, with internship programs and strong collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing talent acquisition management experience.
• Experience leading recruitment efforts for hourly and salary staff.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (e.g., engineering, skilled trades).
• Experience improving recruitment strategies and processes.
• Proven leadership background, ideally overseeing others.
• HRIS system experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Champion salary and hourly recruitment strategy to fill roles promptly.
• Develop internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Lead college and community job fair programs.
• Oversee recruitment budgets and tools; manage recruiters.
