Job summary

CMC is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruiting for corporate roles, including field-based positions, within a manufacturing environment. You will build strong relationships with leaders, manage the SuccessFactors ATS, and drive offers and negotiations.

You will source candidates, maintain pipelines, and collaborate on TA initiatives while ensuring timely feedback and data-driven hiring metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years full life-cycle recruiting in both corporate and agency environments.
• Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment strongly preferred.
• Experience with SuccessFactors ATS strongly preferred.
• Proficient in using the Internet for research (Boolean savvy).
• Exceptional interpersonal, research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong customer-facing skills with ability to build relationships across the business.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage a large workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for positions under the corporate recruiting scope.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR Partners.
• Communicate feedback timely to all involved parties (leaders, managers, agencies, candidates).
• Build candidate pipelines and seek referrals from applicants.
• Source candidates online using Indeed, LinkedIn, and Google when needed.
• Manage SuccessFactors ATS including requisitions, postings, and candidates.
• Lead salary negotiations within approved salary grades and company goals.
• Collaborate with the hiring team to build job profiles and marketing materials.
• Assist in metrics reporting to analyze recruitment processes.
• Manage corporate recruiting internship program and social media initiatives.
• Collaborate with TA teammates on initiatives and share ideas.
