Job summary

MP Materials is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting strategy across the organization. You will partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent, building scalable processes and pipelines to support growth and operational priorities.

You will oversee postings, sourcing channels, branding, and recruitment metrics, driving continuous improvement while ensuring compliant, inclusive candidate experiences aligned with MP Materials’

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience leading recruiting projects, mentoring recruiters or coordinating workflows.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, assessment methods, interview practices, and compliance.
• Experience using ATS, recruiting platforms, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities and hiring needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting process from intake meetings to onboarding handoff.
• Partner with managers and HR to define role requirements, criteria, and timelines.
• Build proactive pipelines for high-priority, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Lead and coach recruiting team members for consistent execution and development.
• Oversee postings, sourcing channels, employer branding, events, agencies, and recruitment marketing.
