Job summary
A.Y. McDonald Industries is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment across its family of companies. You will partner with HR representatives and senior leaders to align talent strategies, build pipelines, and manage external vendors.
You will develop innovative recruiting approaches, establish recruiter guidelines, and drive projects that attract top talent across multiple locations. A background in manufacturing recruiting is preferred, with strong teamwork and communication

- Experience leading recruiting efforts across multiple locations.
- Ability to build and develop effective teams.
Responsibilities
- Function as advisor and partner to senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR to align talent acquisition strategies across subsidiaries.
- Develop creative recruiting methods and manage external recruitment vendors.
- Establish guidelines for outside recruiters.
- Implement recruitment strategies with emphasis on talent pipeline development.
- Lead projects and collaborate with marketing to create recruitment advertising strategies.
