Job summary

AvePoint in Oregon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives on turning business needs into strategic hiring. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for entry to senior roles, partnering with managers to tailor role requirements and business context.

You will source candidates creatively, build a proactive pipeline for 8+ requisitions, contribute to employer branding and referral programs, and track recruitment metrics to guide strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR business partnering.
• Proven success in full-cycle recruiting across various functions or geographies.
• Experience recruiting for global sales roles (pre-sales, direct, channel, marketing and customer success)
• Familiarity with talent analytics, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
• Background in consulting with senior leaders and driving hiring decisions aligned with business strategy.

Responsibilities
