• Advises senior leadership on talent acquisition challenges and workforce planning.
• Addresses bottlenecks to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Coaches team members and promotes learning and improvement.
• Aligns TA activities with global resourcing goals and standards.
• Represents TA at global meetings and drives change initiatives.
• Identifies opportunities for process and technology improvements in TA.
