Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using postings, social channels, events, referrals, and outreach.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance to candidates through the recruitment process and interview prep.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs.
