Job summary

MountainCreek Property Group in Uniontown, PA, seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager/Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting and manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. This hands-on role focuses on building pipelines for Maintenance Technicians and Property Managers across PA, WV, and OH while ensuring HR compliance and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar HR role
• Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for multifamily property management, maintenance/skilled trades, construction, facilities management, or similar industries is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of employment laws in various states and HR best practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Maintenance Technicians, Property Managers, and other property-level and corporate positions
• Partner with leadership to anticipate staffing needs and create compelling job postings
• Proactively source candidates and build a pipeline for hard-to-fill roles
• Oversee onboarding, benefits administration, and HR systems
• Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary matters, and policy compliance
• Coordinate offboarding, payroll changes, and separation documentation
• Maintain HR records and compliance across states and ensure consistent HR practices across the organization
