CF Industries is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles across locations. You will partner with hiring managers, develop strategic sourcing, and guide candidates through intake, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

The role requires 5+ years in recruiting, strong relationship skills, proficiency with Workday ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, and a travel approximately 15% of the time. A bachelor's degree and OFCCP knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, corporate and third-party.
• Strong relationships with leaders at all levels.
• Proficiency with Workday ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance.
• Willingness to travel ~15%.

Responsibilities
