Job summary

CF Industries seeks a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead development and execution of sourcing strategies for assigned spend areas across manufacturing sites. You will drive supplier relations, contract management, and risk mitigation to enable CF's strategic direction in procurement and material control.

The role requires strong experience in sourcing, cost reduction, and process improvements, with familiarity in Coupa/Ariba, SAP S4, and data analytics.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, supply chain, engineering or related fields preferred.
• Six+ years of experience in procurement including supplier management, contract management, risk management, and procure-to-pay processes.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and procurement systems (Coupa/Ariba, SAP S/4HANA).
• Experience with data analysis and supplier performance metrics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of procurement strategies at the site, regionally, and potentially globally.
• Engage stakeholders and manage category strategies to deliver cost savings and reliability.
• Support supplier qualification and contract management activities.
• Administer procure-to-pay processes and ensure policy compliance across sites.
