Job summary

Core-Mark, a leader in fresh and broadline solutions for the convenience retail industry in North America, seeks a Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee recruitment for PFS Corporate and execute strategies for sales and executive leadership recruiting. You will consult with hiring managers, champion OFCCP/EEOC compliance, and guide candidates through the full cycle from sourcing to placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4–6 years full-cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines.
• Exceptional interviewing, communication and organizational skills.
• Deep knowledge of applicant tracking systems and compliance.
• Experience using job boards and social media recruiting.
• General understanding of compensation and benefits.
• Strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develops sourcing strategies to recruit and select staff. Acts as a consultant on recruiting practices and strategies. Improves staffing systems, tracking, and reporting.
• Recruits and sources qualified candidates through postings, job boards, social media, networking, etc. Screens applications and resumes; communicates employment value proposition.
• Supports college recruiting by building relationships with universities and attending events.
• Maintains partnerships with business leaders and HR to align needs and ensure seamless hiring.
• Keeps current on industry and regulatory activities impacting HR programs; manages applicant data per OFCCP/EEOC guidance.
• Develops metrics to support hiring activity.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to minimize risk and ensure sound processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
