Job summary

CF Industries is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing strategies for the site and across CF. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and support continuous improvement in procurement processes to drive value and efficiency.

The role requires extensive procurement experience, knowledge of tools like Coupa/Ariba and SAP S4, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders and plant leadership across North America.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, supply chain, engineering or related field required.
• Six plus years of procurement experience including supplier management and contract management.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and procure-to-pay processes.
• Experience with Coupa/Ariba, SAP S4 is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads development of procurement strategies at site and region.
• Engages stakeholders in procurement processes and category management.
• Supports site procurement team to achieve short and long term goals.
• Addresses supplier cost, safety, risk, reliability, and innovation.
• Contributes to supplier qualification and contract execution.
• Expedites materials and services and manages contract releases.
