Job summary

Flow Control Group (FCG) is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage a high-volume portfolio of requisitions across our brands. You will be a strategic advisor, leading search strategies, engaging top talent, and partnering with leaders to deliver strong hiring outcomes.

The role requires at least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting, strong executive stakeholder partnerships, and a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or industrial setting.
• Proven ability to partner with executive and senior leaders.
• Strong consultative approach and multi-priority management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a dynamic environment.
• Familiar with recruiting metrics and lifecycle compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions from sourcing through offer.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to meet talent needs with leaders.
• Conduct intake calls, deliver status updates, assess risks, and drive results.
• Proactively source talent using diverse tools and social platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
