Blue Origin seeks a Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead a team of recruiters supporting the Blue Operations group across Washington, Alabama, and Florida. You will develop pipeline channels, engage candidates, streamline interview processes, and align hiring plans with business goals.

You will manage a high-performing team, use data to drive decisions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and quality in every hire. Join us to enable safe human spaceflight.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience, including highly technical roles.
• 5+ years of direct team management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in years of experience.
• Expert level proficiency with recruiting systems and data-driven optimization.
• Experience leading recruiting for Manufacturing, Aerospace, or non-exempt technical engineering roles.
• Ability to translate data into strategic hiring plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of recruiters across three locations.
• Partner with Client Leads, Recruiting Leadership, and HR to plan and execute hiring goals.
• Increase local hiring in WA, AL, and FL for exempt technical roles.
• Provide regular updates to TA leadership on progress against hiring targets.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent management.
• Foster continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.
