Blue Origin is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to support corporate functions in Washington. You will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and guide searches from scoping to offer.

You will lead recruiting for multiple teams including manufacturing, supply chain, safety, and mission assurance to help sustain our spaceflight programs. You will manage high-volume recruiting with a focus on quality, equity, and speed, leveraging Workday Recruiting and strong

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Act as strategic talent advisor to leadership at all levels.
• Develop sourcing plans to generate talent pools and pipelines.
• Screen and interview candidates; coordinate interviews.
• Coach and develop other members of the Talent Acquisition Team.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders on searches.
