Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience including highly technical roles
• 5+ years of experience directly managing a team
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in years of experience
• Expert level proficiency with recruiting systems and platforms
• Experience developing systems and processes to support day-to-day operations
• Experience leading a recruiting team for Manufacturing, Hardware, Software, or other technical focus
• Ability to use data to make strategic plans
• Ability to earn trust and contribute to an inclusive culture
• U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as refugee or asylum

Responsibilities

• Support the evolution of the talent acquisition team toward a strategic, consultative partner with the business
• Partner with Client Leads and leadership to plan efficiency improvements and hiring goals
• Build strategy to increase local hiring in Washington and Florida for exempt technical & aerospace roles
• Build and lead a high-performing recruiters team in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with Client Leads, finance, HR, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and align on delivery goals
• Provide regular updates to TA leadership and business leaders on progress against hiring targets
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent management
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
