Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead a team of recruiters delivering hires for the Blue Operations group, focusing on exempt roles in Space Vehicles. The role covers three locations across Washington, Alabama, and Florida, with a drive for efficiency, strategic planning, and strong communication to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience including highly technical roles.
• 5+ years of experience directly managing a team.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination in years of experience.
• Expert level proficiency with recruiting systems and platforms and how best to achieve full optimization and adoption.
• Experience leading a recruiting team for Manufacturing, Aerospace, Operations or other non-exempt technical engineering roles.
• Ability to understand and use data to make strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Support evolution of the TA team into a strategic partner with the business.
• Partner with leaders to build plans driving efficiency to meet aggressive hiring goals.
• Build strategy to increase local hiring in WA, AL, and FL for exempt technical roles.
• Build and lead a high-performing recruiting team in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, and business leaders to align on delivery needs.
• Provide updates to TA leadership on hiring targets and initiatives.
