Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 7-10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced organization.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or executive search.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract talent across the Americas.
• Conduct talent research, market mapping, and pipeline development.
• Build talent pools and provide market insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business and hiring needs and drive recruitment outcomes.
• Champion an inclusive hiring process and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Lead candidates through all stages of the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Drive interview, hiring, and offer processes with timely completion of steps.
• Maintain accurate hiring data, documentation and reporting.
• Manage external recruitment partners where utilized, aligning with requirements and standards.
• Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition and People team priorities.
