Addition Management in New York is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to shape sourcing strategies across the Americas and lead end-to-end recruitment for a fast-paced professional services environment.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, strong stakeholder collaboration, and proficiency with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter, delivering an inclusive candidate experience and data-driven hiring decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience including full-cycle recruiting and stakeholder partnership.
  • Experience recruiting within professional services, consulting, or executive search.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with ability to synthesize feedback and make clear hiring recommendations.
  • Proven experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Lead candidates through all stages of the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Drive interview, hiring, and offer processes, ensuring all steps are completed effectively and on time.
  • Maintain accurate hiring data, documentation and reporting, and ensure recruitment records are up to date.
  • Manage external recruitment partners to align with search requirements and standards.
  • Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition and People team priorities as needed.
