Ecosystem is seeking a Strategic Talent Sourcer to transform how we attract talent across North America. You will understand markets, build relationships, and partner with recruiters to move candidates through the pipeline.

You will identify professionals beyond traditional paths, develop market maps, and maintain high-quality talent data to guide leadership decisions and future hiring priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, business development, sales, market research, talent intelligence, or partnership development.
• Proactively identify, engage, and influence professionals through outreach and networking.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to develop credibility with stakeholders.
• Intellectual curiosity and learning agility to quickly understand new industries and talent markets.
• Strong judgment to identify transferable capabilities and long-term potential.
• Builder's mindset with ability to create structure where none exists today.
